Constant pH Reactor
This is a completely menu-driven instrument. Once the peristaltic pumps and the pH sensor are calibrated and the various parameters are set, the device will maintain the pH of a reactor within a set band of the target pH. The two peristaltic pumps add acid or base to the reactor as required to keep the reactor pH within a target band. It also keeps track and displays how much acid and/or base is added to the reactor. The device can also be used as a stand alone pH meter.
Peristaltic Pump
The first pump was fabricated from open source drawings and codes. Later, pumps having various configurations were developed. These pumps use same drive, which is menu driven. The pumps can operate either in dose mode or pump mode. These pumps with programable engines are very useful in laboratories that use complex micro/mini fluidic systems. Larger custom systems can be fabricated and delivered on request.
The pumps are fabricated and programmed in house. The systems can be delivered at a fraction of the cost of currently available gear in the market.
