There are two tabs at the bottom.

The Form responses1 tab displays all the responses received. 

In Normalised Data tab the last 15 responses are used to create indices in column called “INDEX“.  There are 11 section indices. The “Overall Index” is a normalised index of all the section indices. All indices are normalised to a maximum of 100.
